Where does Biolume ship?

Biolume currently ships within Australia and Taiwan.

Orders placed within Australia will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, whilst orders for delivery within Taiwan are shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan. 

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Australia is $6 per order and free for orders over $55 for Hand sanitiser products.

Bio-ethanol alcohol 1L bottle is $15 flat rate Australia wide.

Bio-ethanol alcohol 5L bottlel has free express shipping to VIC, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT, and $25 flat rate for the rest of Australia (due to dangerous good shipping requirements).

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Australian orders are dispatched out within 1 business day and generally arrive within 2-7 working days. WA and NT may take additional days, as our items are flammable and need to be sent via Road Transport.

We use both Australia Post for up to 2 Litres of bio-ethanol, and Direct Freight Express for higher quantities.
